Meet Our Founder

Gina Ferreiro, MA, BCBA, LBA

Who am I?

Gina Ferriero is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over five years of experience as a BCBA and nearly a decade in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She began her career in 2017 as a behavior therapist, building a strong foundation in direct intervention before earning her Master’s degree and becoming a BCBA.

Gina has provided services across home, clinic, school, and community settings, where she develops individualized, data-driven treatment plans that promote meaningful and lasting progress. She is especially passionate about helping children build functional communication and social skills — including peer interaction, conversation skills, emotional regulation, and flexibility — empowering them to form meaningful relationships and participate confidently in their environments.

She has extensive experience supporting parents during school meetings and IEP development, partnering with families to advocate for appropriate services and ensure each child’s best interests are represented.

Gina believes every child deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Her approach prioritizes assent-based care and socially significant goals that enhance independence and overall quality of life.

As the founder of Branch Out with ABA, her mission is to help every child grow with confidence, independence, and dignity.
